Return and Refund Policy
We use a Print on Demand company to produce our products. This means that ALL our products are made to order and are therefore custom-made for each customer. For this reason, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a product that is damaged, incorrectly printed, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to quotenwear@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the defect
We will then offer either a free reshipment or a full refund – your choice.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies. However, custom-made and personalised products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), provided that the customer has been informed of this prior to purchase. By completing a purchase in our store, you confirm that you are aware of this exemption.
Wrong Size or Colour
We recommend that you carefully check the size guide before purchasing. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect size if the correct size was available in the product description.
